Responsibilities

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Responsible for preparation and the shipping of FedEx shipments

Scan Titles into our systems

Separating and filing titles

Ensure prompt follow-up is maintained in title processing and completed in a timely and efficient manner

Interface directly with Salesforce and NetSuite to track titles as well as handle all questions or concerns that may arise

Other administrative duties as needed

Required

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 6 months in an administrative position

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting

Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative

Ability to work in office, with extensive safety precautions in place
