Insurance

Responsibilities

Process insurance company payables and vendor payables while maintaining and enhancing our carrier and supplier relationship

Daily functions include issuing insurance company payments, client refunds, vendor payables, resolving carrier disputes and reconciling carrier statements

Provide clear and thorough documentation of all reconciliations and payments

Process, maintain and complete various Excel reports and templates

Manage ICP group email inbox

Assist with month end close process

Deliver professional and prompt communication with both external customers and internal staff

Assists with other accounting areas including Accounts Receivable

Assists with gathering information for audits

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and agency goals

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
