Responsibilities
Lead technical team in activities including but not limited to: database architecture, dataset engineering, advanced analytics, data visualization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help produce executive-level data products
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Drive data quality improvement initiatives
Establish data governance best practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
3+ years of experience leading database engineering activities with Databricks
1+ year of experience working in the Jupiter/ADVANA environment
Experience leading developer teams working in Qlik
Fluent in SQL; Python proficiency preferred
Holding at least one of the following certifications: Databricks Associate Data Engineer, Databricks Associate ML Engineer, ApacheSpark Developer
Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Data Strategy, governance, or management experience
Experience pulling requirements from stakeholders for data visualizations
Experience presenting to executive-level clients
