Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday projects (implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements)
Provide technical direction and best practice guidance to Workday teams across HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Integrations
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Oversee system design, configuration, testing, and deployment while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and security
Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, risk management, and reporting to leadership
Stay current with Workday product updates and industry practices, advising teams on optimization opportunities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Workday with strong hands-on configuration and integration background
Proven success in managing large-scale Workday projects (end-to-end)
Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM and at least two modules (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation)
Strong understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
