Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast performance and build strategic sales plans
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of qualified opportunities and high conversion rates
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and industry trends
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to ensure full commercial alignment
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and positive ROI
Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors
Ensure full compliance with regulations, industry standards, and ethical sales practices

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Sales
Mandatory experience in payments

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
