The Billing Coordinator will support the complete utility billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all billing processes while collaborating with the Billing Manager and Operations team.

Responsibilities

Processing resident billing accounts according to established billing cycles and regulatory requirements

Maintaining high attention to detail to minimize billing errors

Assisting with the onboarding process for new properties and residents

Helping identify and escalate billing discrepancies for resolution

Supporting the Billing Manager with process documentation and testing of system enhancements

Collaborating with Pod Setup, Account Management, and UVM Coordinator teams on billing-related matters

Maintaining organized records and documentation of billing activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field

Strong comfort level with mathematics and numerical accuracy

Ability to learn and work comfortably with billing systems and technology platforms

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and regulations

Proactive problem-solving mindset

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Comfort with repetitive, process-driven work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Previous experience in billing operations

Experience in property management, utilities, or multifamily housing

Familiarity with SaaS platforms or billing software
