Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across all spa and wellness locations, with a focus on operational excellence, revenue growth, and team development

Build and mentor on-site leadership teams to operate with confidence, accountability, and consistency

Lead the rollout and operational execution of a new, tech-forward wellness concept, including preparation for multi-unit expansion

Serve as the connective tissue between markets—ensuring brand alignment, operational rigor, and cultural consistency across locations

Partner with ownership on strategy, growth planning, and performance optimization across all units

Travel extensively to be present in the business, support teams in real time, and ensure standards are being executed at the highest level

Establish repeatable systems, training frameworks, and operational playbooks to support scale

Required
