They are seeking an experienced Website Consultant to lead the digital build-out for a restaurant client expanding into multiple service formats, focusing on creating a unified digital presence that supports online ordering and reputation management.

Responsibilities
Design and develop a responsive, scalable website with location-specific pages
Build pages for:
Drive-Thru: Hours, menu, reviews
Remote Kitchen: Delivery-only ordering integrated with a third-party provider
Food Truck: Digital tools that communicate semi-permanent hubs, rotating pop-ups, event appearances, and weekly routes
Catering: Service details, inquiry form, visuals, testimonials, downloadable menus
Implement real-time inventory tracking and “Sold Out” item display
Build an admin dashboard for analytics, top sellers, and unfulfilled orders
Integrate review widgets
Update and optimize business listings (Google, Yelp, etc.)
Coordinate with Microsoft 365 for domain-based email and DNS integrity
Ensure scalability for future locations and seasonal updates
Establish or optimize core social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.)
Create a cohesive visual and messaging framework aligned with the website
Set up templates for recurring content (weekly location updates, menu highlights, events, catering promotions)
Integrate social media feeds or links into the website
Provide a simple posting workflow and training for an internal employee to maintain ongoing updates
Develop a short-term content calendar (2–4 weeks) to support launch consistency
Optimize all platforms for local search and cross-promotion
Qualification
Required
Experience with restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location websites
Familiarity with POS systems (Clover, Toast) and inventory APIs
Strong SEO and local search optimization skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and DNS
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
