Create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more; design visuals in Canva; draft newsletters and track engagement
Maintain accurate candidate records, resource guides, and shared drives; support workflows and process improvements
Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and support outreach campaigns
Track leads, engagement, and KPIs; compile monthly summaries for leadership
Assist with presentations, events, and ideas to improve candidate experience and program visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social work, human services, or related field OR equivalent experience
Skilled in writing, social media, and digital communication
Proficient in Canva and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
Comfortable learning new tools and AI-assisted workflows
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Collaborative, culturally competent, and professional in diverse environments
