Executive Assistant
The Butterfly Effect is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Principal Consultant in managing daily operations, communications, and project execution across multiple initiatives. This part-time, remote role involves managing calendars, email correspondence, and project tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities
Manage a dynamic calendar and scheduling across multiple Google accounts
Monitor and manage email correspondence, draft responses, and flag priorities
Send follow-up emails, confirmations, and task-related communications on behalf of leadership
Manage ClickUp plans, tasks, and timelines across multiple projects
Keep projects moving by tracking deadlines, dependencies, and next steps
Provide daily or every-other-day written summaries of project status, priorities, and outstanding items
Maintain organized digital files, documents, and contact lists
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and document action items
Ensure consistent follow-through on internal and external commitments
Act as a point of coordination for delegated stakeholders and collaborators
Support light reporting, documentation, and administrative tracking as needed
Qualification
Required
Based in Maryland, Baltimore, MD preferred
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Strong written communication skills and excellent judgment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Responsive, proactive, and able to work with minimal hand-holding
Preferred
Experience with ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Notion, Monday) strongly preferred
