They are seeking an experienced Engine Technician to perform engine overhauls, repairs, inspections, and maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company quality systems.

Responsibilities

Perform complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines and modules
Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians
Troubleshoot engine malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
Clean engine components using approved processes and equipment
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools and interpret results
Record and document work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements
Ensure that all parts meet airworthiness and serviceability standards
Use OEM manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings to guide maintenance procedures
Participate in engine testing and performance validation as needed
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and report parts usage
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Follow all companies, OSHA, and FAA safety regulations and procedures
Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or injuries to management immediately
Participate in ongoing safety training and promote a culture of workplace safety
Handle hazardous materials according to established guidelines
Stay current with emergency procedures and fire prevention practices

Required

High level of experience with Rolls-Royce M250 Series II, IV, and RR300 engines
Advanced technical knowledge in turbine engine disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and reassembly
Strong understanding of FAA regulatory compliance and documentation
Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
This position requires the successful candidate to be a U.S. citizen or have current work authorization for the United States

Preferred

FAA Powerplant Certificate is not required but desirable
Prior experience in a certified MRO facility is highly desirable
