Responsibilities
Seating restaurant guests by seating each section fairly and consistently to ensure customer service standards are maintained
Must have knowledge of the menu and additional products that are served, including all beverages and daily specials
Handle cash transactions with customers and collect payment
Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets
Provide excellent guest service to all guests and ensure the same for all team members
Perform guest service duties as requested
Maintain a fast pace for customer service needs
Be a team player, proactively assist other colleagues
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this position
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization and to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
Nevada Health Card required
Must be able to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods of time
Must be able to bend to obtain items near the floor
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
