Responsibilities

Active: On the warehouse floor about 90% of time
Monitor: Analyze listing data and identify areas for improvements
Kickoff: Motivate associates to achieve productivity goals and provide feedback
Right-hand: For Department Manager, e.g., team performance and operational issues

Qualification

Required

2+ years in Team Lead level leadership role
Convey knowledge in user-friendly manner
