They are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Stockroom Associate to maintain an organized stock room, assist with inventory management, and support the sales team to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient downstairs stock room throughout the day, ensuring all product is properly stored and easy to locate
Assist with receiving, unpacking, processing, and organizing incoming inventory shipments in a timely and accurate manner
Support the sales floor by promptly pulling requested sizes and styles for customers to try on and returning product to stock as needed
Help manage back-of-house inventory levels, communicate stock issues proactively, and support inventory counts and transfers
Support general store operations as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow
Collaborate closely with the sales team and Store Manager to maintain operational excellence and uphold Margaux brand standards

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events

Preferred

Previous experience in retail stock, operations, or back-of-house support is preferred, though not required
