Responsibilities
Meet clients in their homes for scheduled design consultations
Listen, design, and recommend custom blinds, shades, and drapery solutions
Measure and close in a consultative, high-touch experience
Manage your pipeline while being supported by operations & installation teams
Deliver a seamless experience from first appointment through installation
Qualification
Required
Must live within ~30 minutes of the LA metro area
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Preferred
Proven sales performers (top 10–20%, awards, or documented results)
Professionals who enjoy consultative selling over transactional sales
In-home sales or remodeling experience
Real estate or property-related sales experience
Luxury retail or showroom consulting experience
Design, furnishings, or home improvement experience
