7+ years expPositecUSA is seeking a Head of Product Development to lead product marketing and development strategy across North America while collaborating closely with international teams. This role involves providing strategic leadership for product launches, aligning strategies with business objectives, and managing a team of product managers.

Responsibilities
Ensure alignment of product strategies with overall company objectives and HQ business units
Partner with engineering and R&D teams on new product rollout strategies and product lifecycle management
Manage team of product managers responsible for all aspects of portfolio management, market requirements, quality standards, sales support
Lead pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies informed by market research and customer insights
Incorporate customer feedback into product positioning and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with subsidiary marketing teams in key global markets to support direct-to-consumer initiatives across eCommerce, web, phone, and other direct channels
Oversee execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting new and existing products
Lead global market research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and end-user interviews
Develop segmentation strategies to optimize product offerings across international markets
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for strategic categories and products
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing managers based in the U.S. while coordinating with international teams
Maintain executive-level relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, creative agencies, and engineering teams
Represent Product Development in executive leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic planning
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading teams and managing product portfolios
Strong background in product marketing and product management, preferably within the power tool, outdoor power equipment, or related industries
Proven success in new product development and commercialization
Highly analytical with the ability to define, track, and act on key business and marketing metrics
Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans and product recommendations based on customer needs and insights
Strong budget management and financial acumen
