Responsibilities

Lead recruitment for technical and advanced roles to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to update job descriptions, create postings, screen applications, and select qualified candidates

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines

Represent Summit Credit Union and the HR Department professionally, promoting a positive and open image

Lead strategic talent initiatives and manage vendor relationships (e.g., LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Foster meaningful relationships with employees to enhance engagement and contribute to a positive work environment

Support talent acquisition project management and maintain accurate documentation of processes and outcomes
