Responsibilities

Concept and execute big-idea activations for organic social and integrated campaigns
Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy partners to ensure work aligns with client goals
Refine concepts throughout production, ensuring creative excellence
Work with multiple partner agencies and cross-functional teams to develop above-the-line campaign content
Manage multiple stakeholders and evolving processes with adaptability and professionalism
Stay ahead of cultural and social trends, translating insights into fresh, relevant creative ideas
Present and articulate concepts clearly to internal teams and, when needed, to clients
Mentor junior talent and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output
Present work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio School
7+ years of art direction experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
Exceptional portfolio showcasing conceptual art direction and integrated campaign work
Full awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media
Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
Proficiency in Figma and Google Workspace
Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool
