Responsibilities
Help build the processes and systems that ensures the company is able to attract higher-caliber talent across all businesses
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and corporate positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and selection criteria
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking)
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a positive new hire experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within multi-entity or fast-growing organizations
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern recruitment techniques. Experience with implementing an ATS a plus
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Preferred
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with HR platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
