Responsibilities

Successfully contact candidates via various methods to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them

Assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explaining the nature of service offerings, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, and offering accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation

Maintain data integrity and accurate records in various systems

Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiating the programs

Lead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidates
