Responsibilities

Receive MRO materials, spare parts, and components for manufacturing, customers, and internal departments

Process receiving transactions in the ERP/MRP system, validating purchase orders, packing lists, and quantities

Perform basic visual inspections and verify part numbers and quantities

Label materials according to internal standards and requirements

Store materials in correct locations to ensure traceability, organization, and accessibility

Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution

Track inventory movements and maintain accurate system records

Package and prepare materials for internal distribution or shipment

Prepare materials for manufacturing JOB’s, MRO, customers, and other departments

Support internal material handling and racking projects to improve warehouse efficiency

Implement and sustain 5S standards within the warehouse

Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Follow all safety, quality, and internal procedures
