Customer Success Manager Intern

Responsibilities

Support the onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction to Triumph’s services
Assist Customer Success Managers with client check-ins, follow-ups, and feedback collection
Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction indicators and flag potential concerns for review
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates using CRM and internal tools
Collaborate with internal teams to help address customer needs and questions
Review usage data and reports to help identify trends related to customer health
Assist in preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other customer meetings
Learn best practices in customer relationship management by shadowing experienced team members
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues as needed
Actively learn Triumph’s products, services, and customer success approach
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned to support team goals

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Rising senior status required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in customer success, client experience, or relationship-based roles
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Comfortable using technology
Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow professionally
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to shared success
Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
Must be able to work onsite five days per week at our Dallas headquarters; housing assistance is not provided
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship without current or future employer sponsorship

Preferred

Relevant internship, campus leadership role, group project, or part-time work involving customer interaction, communication, or teamwork is preferred but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
