Responsibilities
Lead the agency’s portfolio of change initiatives and carry out management duties for assigned staff
Provide overall strategic direction for the Unemployment Insurance Agency’s (UIA) Change Management Office
Oversee the Transformation Team, responsible for grant management, process improvement projects, and large-scale modernization projects
Coordinate multiple staff within the department and across the organization, working on high profile, sensitive and confidential issues
Oversee and participate in multiple projects and initiatives, while prioritizing critical and time sensitive projects
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level
Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements
