Responsibilities
Own day-to-day film production from concept through delivery
Scope, source, negotiate, and manage talent and celebrity contracts
Work closely with directors, production companies, and agencies
Manage budgets, schedules, legal approvals, and procurement
Partner with campaign teams, brand, and cross-functional stakeholders
Travel on location for shoots (domestic and international)
Mentor junior producers and elevate overall team capability
Qualification
Required
Robust portfolio required
Clear examples of scripted work
High production value
Recognizable talent or premium production partners
Creative 'big swings' encouraged, polish and storytelling matter more than corporate tone
8–10+ years of experience
Senior Producer level, bordering on Executive Producer (EP)
Deep, hands-on film production background required
Strong emphasis on scripted, short-form film
TV commercials and cinematic brand films are ideal examples
Content should demonstrate strong storytelling, production value, and creative ambition
Experience producing top-tier brand or narrative film work
Proven relationships with directors, production companies, and talent
Ability to operate at the highest levels of creative and production excellence
Regular travel expected (approximately every other month)
International travel likely
Passport required
Preferred
Long-form or documentary experience is a plus, but not sufficient on its own
Tech background not required (e.g., Nike, entertainment, or major brand experience acceptable)
