Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain QMS procedures and processes
Resolve nonconformances using failure analysis, root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits, including metrics reporting
Investigate and resolve supplier nonconformances and corrective actions
Manage calibration programs and coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Lead process improvement projects to enhance organizational performance
Develop and track quality objectives and measurable metrics
Manage and deliver QMS training programs
Support internal and external audits in compliance with AS9100 and related standards
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 compliance
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Preferred
Aerospace or electronics industry experience
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
