Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting activities, tracking broker pursuits, and maintaining recruiting materials and reports

Coordinate onboarding documentation and support outreach efforts

Help manage structured programs across seasonal terms

Liaise with the companies intern program and market and assist in training and mentoring initiatives

Support adoption and training of internal platforms (e.g., ENGAGE, Integrated Consulting Group)

Track usage and provide feedback on platform effectiveness

Use AI tools for content creation and internal communications

Support social media campaigns and monitor engagement metrics

Stay informed on emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency

Coordinate strategy meetings and assist in tracking goals and market trends

Support implementation of strategic plans in collaboration with internal teams

Organize meetings, town halls, and broker appreciation events

Manage content for internal recognition screens and newsletters

Assist with expense reports, referral tracking, and market share studies

Support special projects involving dashboards, client engagement, and industry outreach
