Administrative Support Training Program
Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is responsible for providing a variety of office support in personnel management, resource management, and administrative duties. The Administrative Support Training Program consists of three levels designed to offer progressively more responsible and independent work experiences based on demonstrated abilities.

Responsible for a variety of office support in the areas of personnel management, resource management, and administrative duties for the department
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area
Compliance with Employee Health procedure, including job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to the first day of employment
Documentation of completed immunizations prior to the first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19
Preferred
One (1) year of prior experience performing administrative support duties; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support I at SCF
Two (2) years of prior experience performing administrative support duties; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II at SCF
