Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with businesses while promoting and selling employee benefit products
Identify potential clients, conduct client presentations, and manage the enrollment process
Regular meetings with employers and employees to provide education on benefits and options
Meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively promote and sell products
Basic knowledge of insurance and employee benefits, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
A passion for helping businesses and individuals secure financial protection
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
