3+ years expJLL is seeking a Senior Director to join their Value and Risk Advisory team. The successful candidate will manage team members and oversee commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects, ensuring superior client outcomes and business growth.

Responsibilities
Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments
Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets
Only inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business, and/or if coaching a junior team member
Attend at least two local commercial real estate events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI/etc
Represent the JLL brand: optimism, intelligence and collaboration
Provide solutions
Qualification
Required
State certified general appraiser license
Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits when required
Minimum 3 years of holding CG license
Sign reports
Successfully master all Director skillset requirements
Mastery of the most complex concepts and assignments within chosen sector
Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management and/or account management skills
Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset, including people management and business development
