Responsibilities
Overseeing all clinical programs at the Iroquois Center for Human Development
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services across the organization’s continuum of care
Providing strategic oversight to ensure all programs are trauma-informed and compliant with state, federal, and CCBHC standards
Directing program development, quality assurance, and risk management
Supervising and coaching clinical leadership to foster a supportive and accountable workplace culture
Serving as the primary clinical representative for ICHD, actively engaging with community partners and state agencies to advance the organization's mission
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field
Active, unrestricted Kansas clinical license (e.g., LSCSW, LCPC, or LCP)
5–7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience
Deep knowledge of CCBHC requirements
Knowledge of Kansas mental health regulations
Knowledge of Medicaid-funded services
Strong leadership in program development
Successful track record of supervising multidisciplinary teams
