Business Developer - Inside Sales Representat
Bar None Auction is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their sales team. The role involves developing new business relationships with contractors and large fleet operators to sell trucks and construction equipment at public auctions, with significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to identify lead opportunities
Set appointments for the outside sales team members for prime target customers
Use CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Develop new business opportunities within the construction equipment and truck industry
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
Experience making a high outbound call volume
Sales experience within the equipment, commercial truck, or industrial products industry
Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage opportunities
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
Skills in developing new business opportunities
Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Exceptional customer service skills
