Haven Lighting is a premium brand focused on innovative smart lighting solutions. They are seeking an AI-Enhanced Content Creator to produce engaging video content for YouTube and social media, leveraging the latest AI tools to create high-impact narratives that drive brand engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce high-impact short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok using AI to generate hooks, B-roll, transitions, effects, and full clips from text prompts or existing footage

Develop and produce long-form YouTube videos (3-60 minutes) including tutorials, product deep-dives, installation how-tos, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle showcases, and trend-driven content—using AI for scripting assistance, voiceovers, scene generation, editing acceleration, and visual enhancements

Shoot live streams on TikTok for live selling events, enhanced with real-time AI tools where applicable

Actively integrate the latest AI tools (e.g., text-to-video models like Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora; AI editors like Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut AI; motion graphics via Adobe Firefly or similar) to generate, upscale, edit, add effects, create avatars/animations, and optimize content at lightning speed

Collaborate with the Attention Team on wild, rule-breaking ideas that incorporate humor, viral trends, storytelling, and innovative lighting demos—leveraging AI to prototype concepts quickly

Maintain Haven Lighting's brand standards: elegant, high-production visuals with a fun, approachable twist that positions our smart lighting as premium must-haves

Optimize all content for platform algorithms (thumbnails, titles, captions, hashtags, SEO) using AI analytics insights

Handle full production cycle: scripting/storyboarding (AI-assisted), on-location/on-showroom shooting, lighting mastery (ironic and essential!), audio, and post-production—supercharged by AI

Analyze metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and use AI-driven insights to iterate and improve strategies rapidly

Stay at the forefront of AI video/graphics innovations, testing new models and workflows to keep our content cutting-edge and competitive

Help grow our YouTube channel organically toward 100,000 subscribers in two years through consistent, AI-accelerated output

Shoot content in our unique showroom, during installations, and on-site nationwide

Deep, hands-on expertise with the latest AI video and graphics tools (must demonstrate proficiency in tools like Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Opus Clip, or equivalents)—portfolio must showcase AI-enhanced/generated content

Proven track record as a videographer/content creator with a strong portfolio of Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos (include links—bonus for viral hits or AI-heavy work)

Super creative, quick-witted, and unafraid to experiment (and fail spectacularly) with new AI techniques

Proficiency in traditional editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) combined with AI acceleration

Strong camera skills (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting expertise, and audio knowledge—plus the ability to make our lights look epic on camera
