Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to align client objectives with organizational capabilities as well as oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations
Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying new revenue streams
Negotiate settlements for SLAs and other financial claims – manage the client “bank”, to trade small-medium financial claims of client and Fiserv
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
Lead customer business reviews and/or creating client operational performance reviews
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability, provide product and technical support – engaging SME’s as necessary
Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
Ensure effective risk management and issue resolution across all operational areas
Ensure Fiserv has accurate and up to date documentation of the client architecture and processing environment, product matrix, and custom processes

Required

Bachelor's degree
10 years in client leadership, strategic account management, or business oversight roles
Experience managing revenue portfolios, including budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrated experience maintaining C-suite relationships and driving client satisfaction scores
Track record of delivering year-over-year revenue growth and acting as a business owner
Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans for large enterprise clients
Expertise in setting and achieving KPIs tied to client success and profitability
Capable of hiring, nurturing and motivating a strategic account team at a high growth company, and successfully improving sourced and influenced revenue and client engagement
Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred

Experience in healthcare/insurance industries, specifically Output Solutions business
Contract and negotiation experience
