They are seeking a Preconstruction Engineer who will assist in interpreting construction plans, participate in pre-bid meetings, and support field personnel during construction.

Responsibilities
Assist in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Participate in pre-bid meetings
Generate and distribute meeting minutes
Keep all stakeholders informed of changes and modifications made throughout the construction process
Provide support to field personnel during construction, ensuring design intent is accurately translated to the field. May be required to work on-site as needed
Attend site meetings and visits to document existing conditions
Assist and collaborate with the engineering team in developing designs to meet project goals
Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors
Aid in the construction as-built and documentation process
Maintain logs, responsible for the submittal and RFI process, and report updates to senior engineers and project managers
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
This role will receive tasks assigned by the Senior Preconstruction Engineer and Preconstruction Manager
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma, Technical Associate, or a related experience
Proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of the required software
Practical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams both on-site and in the office
Ability to assist in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Ability to participate in pre-bid meetings
Ability to generate and distribute meeting minutes
Ability to keep all stakeholders informed of changes and modifications made throughout the construction process
Ability to provide support to field personnel during construction
