Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic financial plans for Walmart+, collaborating across business units to align on overall goals and priorities
Establish financial targets, identify and communicate risk levels, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance and deliver on key initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to analyze business performance, identify gaps between objectives and results, and drive alignment on strategic financial decisions
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership, leveraging advanced financial models, historical trends, and forecasts to support decision-making
Deliver executive-level presentations and content for high-profile meetings, including Board of Directors, Executive Council, and investment community engagements
Support and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering mentorship, ongoing development, and leveraging the strengths of both new and existing talent
Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and corporate support teams to execute strategy, report on key financial KPIs, and maximize both customer experience and shareholder return
Uphold Walmart’s standards of integrity and ethics, integrating these values into all financial programs and practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, with 7+ years of relevant experience
4+ years' experience in analytics, planning, business management, omni-channel merchandising, or a related area
2+ years of experience supporting and influencing senior leadership decision-making
Advanced financial planning, modeling, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling presentations and actionable recommendations
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams
High standards of integrity, accountability, and results orientation, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
