Responsibilities
Support students to access international work-based learning opportunities
Help students develop the skills, confidence and cultural awareness required to thrive in global environments
Build and maintain strong relationships with international employers and partners
Promote global opportunities to students
Guide students through the full preparation, application and placement process
Coordinate key administrative and compliance processes
Monitor placements
Ensure that all activity is delivered safely, inclusively and in line with university and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting students, graduates or early-career professionals
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse audiences
An interest in global mobility, international education or work-based learning
The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners
A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
