The program offers mentorship, career coaching, and the opportunity to learn about Private Banking and Investment Management, along with preparation for the BBH Summer Internship program.

Responsibilities

Receive assistance with resume development, interview preparation, and professional networking

Participate in weekly calls with pre-selected mentors

Attend e-learning curriculum sessions held on Wednesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 PM EST

Engage in intensive interview preparation and practice

Receive one-on-one mentorship and career coaching

Develop leadership skills and technical training

Network with finance professionals

Participate in the interview process for the following year’s BBH Summer Internship Program

Required

First-generation college students (defined as a student whose parent(s)/caregiver(s) didn't attend a 4-year college/university)

Live and attend college/university in the United States

Class of 2028 (current college sophomore)

Minimum GPA of 3.3

Demonstrated strong interest in financial services

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
