Responsibilities
Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
Collaborate and communicate with the test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and service providers
Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort and stock receivables
Store, manage, and track company inventory
Document and manage records of shipped and received goods
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in shipping and receiving
Strong working knowledge of Client Office Suite and inventory management software
Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 35 lbs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow and MTeams
Experience in a warehouse environment
Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management systems
