Responsibilities
Actively support the execution of Retail business priorities by delivering top talent
Serve as an account manager, delivering full cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection
Collaborate with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies
Guide and coach hiring leaders on the hiring process to select the right talent
Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in discussions to meet talent delivery needs
Partner with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to create a positive recruitment experience
Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities
