Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Planning or related field
Five (5) years of experience in governmental work related to land use planning and/or land development
Three (3) years of experience in a management capacity with experience in a land use planning environment
Possession of a Valid California Motor Vehicle driver's license
Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process
Preferred
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification
