Responsibilities
Partner with finance and business teams to conduct planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting
Analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly financial variances and evaluate operational results to identify key trends and drivers that impact the P&L
Support business unit leaders to align goals, timelines, performance expectations and interpret and draw meaningful insights to help drive business decisions
Lead and enhance the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
Support long-range strategic planning and capital investment analysis
Develop tools and dashboards to track KPIs and improve forecasting accuracy to inform stakeholders of key metrics and trends
Contribute to special projects including acquisitions, profitability analysis, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's a plus)
3 years of experience required in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Proficiency in Excel a must
Strong communication skills—Able to explain complex financial data clearly and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Preferred
Previous experience or exposure create presentations and delivering them to executives
Experience with Oracle Hyperion, Essbase/ SmartView
A track record of building financial modeling tools, simplifying processes, and driving results
