Sales & Marketing Manager
LAWRENCE COMPANIES, INC. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth through both direct sales execution and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves managing sales teams, developing marketing strategies, and driving brand awareness within the transportation or household goods and moving industry.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
Lead sales efforts across multiple service offerings, including trucking, freight, and household goods
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities
Develop differentiated sales strategies for contract freight, spot freight, and household goods moves
Drive new business development while growing and retaining existing accounts
Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
Establish KPIs and accountability standards for individual and team performance
Develop and manage marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand positioning
Plan and execute demand generation, lead nurturing, and go-to-market campaigns
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, and social media
Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation across digital, referral, and partner channels
Collaborate on branding, messaging, and value proposition development
Ensure brand consistency across all divisions while allowing for service-specific messaging
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI
Partner closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer experience
Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure lead quality, conversion, and customer retention
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the transportation industry
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or marketing, with management or team leadership experience
Proven success leading sales teams and executing marketing initiatives that drive revenue
Transportation industry experience (household goods and moving, freight, trucking, logistics, or related services) where capacity, pricing, and service levels vary by division
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, lead generation tools, and CRM integrations
Strategic account management or enterprise sales experience
