They are seeking an enthusiastic Producer to join their team for an upcoming title, responsible for building schedules, managing resource allocations, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality gaming experience.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and track multiple development disciplines to ensure milestones are met
Collaborate with creative and technical leads to optimize development workflows and increase efficiency
Create and maintain prioritized project schedules, ensuring tasking is clear across all teams
Proactively identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks
Partner with Senior and Executive Producers to communicate project status and deliver a high-rated game on budget

Qualification

Game ProductionJIRAAAA DevelopmentProject SchedulingWorkflow OptimizationNarrative/VO PipelinesCross-functional Collaboration

Required

2-5+ years of experience working directly within internal game development teams (art, audio, etc)
Strong proficiency with JIRA, Excel, MSProject, or equivalent project management tools
Experience working on large, AAA titles and within distributed or remote development environments
Deep understanding of various game production methodologies
Must be available to work onsite in Orange County, CA 2x a week
At least 1 shipped title

Preferred

Experience with Narrative Design, VO, or Localization pipelines
