Responsibilities
Fully own customer timelines for compliance and security deliverables
Proactively manage customer communications, escalating issues before they’re urgent
Lead customer meetings with confidence and clarity - or make them unnecessary through preparation and ownership
Collaborate cross-functionally with our CEO, CTO, and delivery team to continuously improve how we serve startups
Mirror each customer’s style and tone - become part of their team, not just a vendor
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and autonomous; you don't wait to be told what to do
Someone with prior experience implementing or auditing SOC 2, ISO 27001
Technically fluent: you can navigate cloud environments and source code management systems comfortably; you understand the key components of a tech stack
Empathetic and customer-obsessed, with the ability to handle sensitive or frustrating situations gracefully and quickly
Startup-savvy: you understand the constraints and mindset of early-stage companies
Smart, funny, and good-natured; people like working with you
Someone with 2+ years of experience; prior startup experience strongly preferred
Preferred
understanding of other frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR
