Personal Assistant
Elegance Distributors Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative/Personal Assistant to manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will support office management tasks, provide personal assistance, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a personable approach
Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word/Excel
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports
Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping duties
Manage office supplies inventory, organize files, and oversee front desk responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations
Provide personal assistance as needed, including but not limited to appointment reminders and personal errands
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or GED
Car required for errands
Exceptional phone etiquette skills
Clerical experience, including filing systems/front desk duties
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles; personal assistant experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Bilingual ( English and Spanish preferred)
