Human Capital is a venture firm dedicated to empowering builders of technology. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience, managing interview logistics and supporting recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy

Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle

Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and related expenses

Manage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience

Assist recruiting team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university recruiting coordination, and sourcing

Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools

Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

This position is based in Los Angeles (El Segundo), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered

Preferred

Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Extremely organized and comfortable with frequent prioritization in dynamic environments

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable and professional in representing the company to candidates across all levels and functions

Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers

Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member
