Responsibilities
Creating plastic extrusion tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
Directing the designing, building, modifying, installing and maintaining efforts
Assisting machine operators and machinists
Adjusting the extrusion tooling
Working with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and improve production processes
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of dedicated experience designing tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion processes
Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
3+ years of plastic extrusion tooling design experience for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
3+ years of strong extrusion processing experience
Strong extrusion processing knowledge
A solid work history
A residence within 45 minutes
