Community Relations Coordinator

The role of Community Relations Coordinator involves planning, implementing, and managing programs that align with the Foundation's mission, focusing on supporting local nonprofit organizations and K-12 initiatives.

Planning, implementing, and managing programs to ensure they align with HFW’s mission, goals, and values
Developing and implementing strategies to manage programming that support local Wilson, NC nonprofit organizations and K-12 program initiatives
Leading scholarship programs, a summer internship program, among other nonprofit support programs

Qualification

Required

Project management skills including program planning, execution, and evaluation
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in collaboration and partnership building
Proficiency in utilizing technology and software for advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and document creation
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphics Design, Journalism, or a related field
Prior experience in coordinating community programs or initiatives is highly desirable
