Responsibilities

Avionics system architecture design and analysis
Systems integration
Test, evaluation, and performance analysis
System maintenance and troubleshooting
Information Assurance
Obsolescence management
Review Modification Work Orders and other aircraft integration documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or a related field, and at least 17 years of experience
Solid understanding of engineering principles, systems integration, and testing methodologies
Proficiency in utilizing engineering software tools, data analysis techniques, and statistical methods
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical thinking to complex technical challenges
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills
Recent aerospace experience in Electrical/Avionics and Communication/Navigation integration in Army aviation systems
Avionics Systems and systems integration experience preferred
Defense Acquisition Lifecycle – Milestone C documentation experience preferred
