Responsibilities

Monitors Virtual Financial Consultants’ responses to participant's virtual questions on their pension plans, tax deferred annuities and other available investment options in order to help clients retain and grow assets

Educates and facilitates new product purchases (including retail mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 and 403b, bank products, life insurance and others) and provides authoritative information upon which important personal financial planning decisions are based

Provides employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex retirement plan participant virtual interactions or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes

Ensures team members are equipped with thorough knowledge of tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice based on clients' financial needs and objectives

Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships to develop and implement the organization's products and services to support clients and company initiatives

Maintains and grows strong relationship with Institutional Plan Sponsors
